CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
Of course! You can cancel subscription at any time. This can be done by logging in to your account and checking your account page. Any changes made 24 hours before your next order will be applied to your following order.
CAN I CHANGE/AMEND MY ORDER? IS THERE A DEADLINE TO MAKES CHANGES?
You can make changes to your order up to 24 hours before dispatch.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PAYMENT FAILS, IS MY SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLED?
We will have 3 attempts for a subcription order to work through the system. If your order is to fail for any reason, our customer service team will reach out directly to help resolve any issues.
CAN I ADD PROMOTIONAL OFFERS TO MY ORDER? (CODES)
Promotional codes aren’t' applicable with subscription orders. Why? We apply up to 20% off RRP to all subscription orders, to ensure they are the best possible value.
HOW WILL I BE CHARGED FOR MY ORDER?Â
Orders will be billed via direct debit at the intervals set by you. The payment method used for your first order will be used for subsequent orders. Unless of course you wish to change this. This can be done via your account or via the customer service team.
HOW OFTEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
You can choose how often you would like to receive your order during checkout, starting at monthly frequency. This can also be changed to suit your training schedule.
MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED/ITEMS MISSING - WHAT DO I DO?
If there are any issues with your order, please get in touch with our Customer Support team and they will be able to help out.

If you haven't received your order, please get in touch with our Customer Support team and they will be able to help out.
WILL I BE CHARGED FOR DELIVERY?
Yes, you will be charged delivery for every subscription delivery.Â
